Meet the President
Sandra Foss is the founder and President of SFA. Sandra is a champion of Contact Center operations and has over 20 years of sales, customer service, and marketing background.

Sandra Foss is the founder and President of SFA. Sandra is a champion of Contact Center operations and has over 20 years of sales, customer service, and marketing background.
Prior to establishing SFA, Sandra enjoyed a successful career in the call center business, holding various call center management positions with Memorex Corporation, Control Data, Xidex and The Wollongong Group.
Sandra's leadership and vision are key to the success of SFA.
Sandra's has first hand experience and skills required to offer impressive services and solutions to the Contact Center world.
